How do I know if my order was successful?
When you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation which will include all details of your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact customer service at email@example.com
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped we will send you an email which will include all details of your order along with a unique tracking number. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
I’ve placed an order but I made a mistake / have changed my mind. How can I change / cancel my order?
Contact customer service at email@example.com as soon as possible and let us know the issue. Just remember your order can only be changed if it hasn’t been shipped.
There seems to be a delay with the delivery of my order. How can I find out more information?
If there are delivery issues we will do what we can to help you receive your order as quickly as possible however Twiin are not responsible for deliveries once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Should you experience delays or issues with your delivery, we recommend you get in touch with Australia Post on 13 76 78 and quote your unique tracking number.

What do I do if a size / item I want to purchase is out of stock?
Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will let you know if we will be restocking the item.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major Credit Cards and Debit Cards, Paypal and store credit notes.
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally we run special offer and discount promotions. When we do they are promoted on our website as well as through our mailing list and Instagram.
Do you have a fit guide?
All of our models are AU size XS/8 and wear AU size XS/8 garments unless otherwise stated in the product listing. If a garment runs large / small we will note this in the product description.
